To Chuck's family, How heart broken I was to hear about Chuck. I would like to tell you how I knew Chuck. When I came to work at United Way along with my job came Chuck. Over the last ten years God has blessed me in so many ways. One of those ways was the friend He gave me in Chuck. I am so thankful for that blessing. His friendship is one that I will always treasure. As our friendship grew I learn real quick if I needed anything he would be there to help me out. He made sure that all our PSA were done by our agencies during our United Way Fall Campaign. If I needed music he was very quick to find it for me. Chuck was one to do for others in a quiet way, not for man's approval but for His Lord's. I would also call Chuck in the mornings with birthdays and he always made me feel special just to hear my voice. Chuck and I talked about his children a lot. He really loved all of you. He wanted to make sure that you came first. I pray that God's grace will be sufficient for everyone of you. I will end this the way the Chuck always ended our conversations. If you ever need anything just give me a call.
